LensCrafters takes security very seriously and uses secure transaction and encryption technology for every order. Security is activated when you log in. (A lock or key or https:// indicates secure site). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Q: Will I receive junk e-mail?

We do not sell or trade information to third party advertisers. You will receive email about contact lens orders placed on this site, and reminders when it's time for your annual eye exam or a contact lens refill.
Q: Where will my lenses be shipped from?

Your contact lenses are shipped directly from our contact lens distributor (FL, MA, CA) right to your door.
Q: What if my eye doctor is not listed?

You can actually start the ordering process without selecting an Eye Care Doctor. Just manually enter your Eye Care Doctor’s name and contact information.
Q: Why can't I find my brand?

LensCrafters accepts online/phone orders only for listed contact lenses. Our retail locations may offer additional brands, so please contact the LensCrafters nearest you for more information.
Q: Do I pay for sales tax?

No. Consumer contact lens sales are not taxable online.
Q: How long does it usually take to receive my lenses?

US Post - First Class    5-7 Business Days    Free - all orders over $50

Q: Who do I ask for specific information on my contact lenses (e.g. fit, prescription)?

Any specific questions regarding your lenses should be directed towards your Eye Care Doctor.
Q: Who do I ask about shipping or billing?

Talk to us! Please contact us and be sure to reference your order number.
Q: If my order is cancelled, how long are my credit/debit card funds held?

In the unlikely event your order is cancelled, the amount of time that your funds are held will vary between financial institutions. Typically, it's between five and nine days. LensCrafters cannot speed this process.
Q: Is there a satisfaction guarantee on my contact lenses?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, our friendly Customer Service agents are happy to work with you to make it right. Our products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects and will be replaced completely free of charge.

We will replace or refund unopened, unmarked, unexpired boxes of contact lenses purchased on this site, even if your prescription changes. We're sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Simply contact us at 1-877-7LensCrafters (option 3) and have the following information ready:

1. order number
2. number of boxes being returned
3. reason for the return
4. credit card used on your original order

You will be provided easy instructions how to return your order, and will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Credit card adjustments will be made when the return is received in our warehouse. We recommend that you use a trackable method to return lenses (i.e. UPS).
Q: What if multiple users use the same e-mail address?

Each user will be able to set up their own username so that they may share a common email address.
Q: Who do I call if I have questions about my order?

Please call 877-7LensCrafters (option 3) to get answers regarding orders placed on LensCrafters. If you have questions related to your eye health or contact lenses, please call your eye care doctor directly.
Q: Can my eye care doctor decline my request for replacement contact lenses?

There are some circumstances when your eye care doctor may decline or alter your contact lens order request. For example:
  • If your contact lens prescription is expired, the doctor will decline your request for lenses.
  • If you are requesting a type or brand of lens that was not originally prescribed for you, the doctor will decline to release the prescription.
  • If you are requesting an excessive amount of lenses that will likely last you an extended period of time past the prescription expiration date, your doctor may decline to release the prescription
  • Some states do not require the eye care doctor to release a patient’s prescription to a third party, even with the patient’s permission. If a doctor in one of these states does not wish to participate in the program, it is possible that he/she may decline the order.
In all of the above circumstances, you will be notified of the status of your order.
Q: Is there a toll-free number I can call in lieu of ordering via the Internet?

Yes, you may call 877-7LensCrafters (option 3) to request your lenses, however, there will be a handling fee of $2.95 for this service. There is no handling fee if lenses are ordered via the Internet.
Q: What is typical delivery time for my lenses once the order is approved from my eye care doctor?

Most commonly, lenses are shipped UPS Standard delivery and should arrive approximately within 5-7 business days. Faster shipping options as well as postal shipping options are also available.
